Empowerment coach, speaker and program leader shares how to get the respect you deserve from your life partner, family, friends and co-workers.

Are you getting enough R-E-S-P-E-C-T? Charlene Byars is passionate about teaching her audience how to claim the respect they deserve from the important relationships in their lives. “Respect is the fundamental, must-have element for any rewarding relationship,” says Charlene, whose eye-opening talk shows how to spot the red flags that tell you when you’re not being truly respected. Whether you’re dealing with your life partner, family members, co-workers, bosses or friends, it’s crucial to have a relationship built on a foundation of respect. Charlene shows how to ask the right questions and find the right words to open the conversation when you feel you are not being respected.

A successful entrepreneur, empowerment coach, and wife and mother with decades of communication experience, Charlene’s drive to help others claim respect was sparked by her own personal journey. Finding herself in a marriage where she was not respected, the only way out was to force herself to grow by overcoming her own doubts, insecurities and fears. But once she learned how to love herself and transform perceived limitations into deep self-worth, she freed herself and is now in the relationship of her dreams. Today she helps others find their self-worth with a delivery style she describes as “a punch and a hug.” Your audience will be thoroughly entertained as they learn how to:

  • Claim the respect you deserve in all your relationships
  • Teach people how to treat you
  • Spot the 3 elements of a successful, respect-building conversation
  • Ask the right questions to find out if the other person truly respects you
  • Have difficult conversations you’ve been avoiding for years
  • Assess your relationships to make sure there is a solid foundation of respect
  • Free yourself from the minefield of “bad advice”
  • Look at all your relationships through the lens of respect

Takeaway
The audience learns how to look at each important relationship in their lives through the lens of respect, how to build strong self-worth, and how to transform or let go of relationships where they’re not getting the respect they deserve.

NEW! The Relationship Revolution System: The Five C’s to Relationship Bliss

Claim Your Respect

In this presentation the audience is prompted to explore respect as a fundamental element of successful relationships. Through the telling of her dramatic personal story, Charlene teaches the tools and techniques that anyone can use in their relationships to bring about a higher level of respect than what was possible or available before. The audience learns the three elements of a conversation proven to help them claim their respect in the relationships that matter to them most.

Stop Taking Bad Advice

Too many people are allowing others to have an opinion about their lives. Charlene uncovers one of the biggest mistakes that people make, which is asking for and taking advice from the wrong people. Charlene teaches the importance of being selective about who you ask for advice, and how to evaluate the advice you are given. Charlene shares her own experiences of traversing the advice minefield.

The Most Important Decisions You Will Ever Make

Who you choose as your life partner, or who you choose to stay with as your life partner, is one of the most important decisions you’ll ever make in your life. It shapes everything, from who your family and friends are to what’s possible in your career and the overall happiness in your home. In this heartfelt, informative talk, Charlene prompts her audience to look inward and discover the truth about this primary relationship and shares her personal experience of what can happen when we teach people how to treat us in life.

Meet Charlene Byars…

Charlene Byars is an empowerment coach and developed the “Claim Your Respect Method” coaching program. Her entrepreneurial career began in her twenties when she founded her own day-care center. She has since been a top sales producer and trainer across diverse industries. She is the mother of four (plus two ‘bonus’ kids) and is happily married to the love of her life. She coaches her clients to discover their own self-love and self-respect and finds that to be the key to developing fulfilling relationships with others. Her favorite thing is to have a conversation with someone and discover who they are and what they most want in life.

What people are saying…

“Charlene is a no B.S. kind of woman and coach. She will say Let’s talk about this.’ She gets to the heart of the matter so you don’t waste time. She is both direct and understanding; straight but compassionate. She helps women uncover and face their truth, express themselves and claim their respect so that they can be empowered, happier, and get on with their life. As a coach myself, Charlene is my go-to coach when I want to brainstorm and talk through an idea and turn it into reality. She’s your Women’s Empowerment Coach too!”
– Annette Moore, Relationship Coach

“I was having a really hard time overcoming my grief after losing my partner. I was wracked with guilt, loneliness, and I started being really hard on myself. I didn’t think that I could feel better for a long time. I hadn’t slept in months. Working with Charlene, I discovered a peace and understanding about why I was experiencing my emotions; I got the room for my emotions to be okay; and I also gained the ability to understand that my grief was appropriate for a time, but not respectful to grieve any longer the way I was. Charlene taught me the difference between grieving and missing my partner. Soon after, I had my first full night’s sleep in months.”
